1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Self Love mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes or updates to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Self Love is a daily affirmation and self-care application designed to promote positive thinking, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. The App provides users with inspirational content, daily affirmations, and self-care tools. All content is for inspirational and educational purposes only and is not intended as medical or professional advice. The App may include optional subscription services or one-time purchases for access to premium features, such as additional affirmations, customizable themes, or ad-free experience. The App is available exclusively on the Apple platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App and agree to these Terms.

4. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or create derivative works based on it.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription-based services (“Subscriptions”) and one-time purchases for permanent membership (“Lifetime Membership”) for access to premium content and features. All payments are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription Types: Monthly and annual Subscriptions are available, with options for normal paid plans and free trial periods.
• Lifetime Membership: A one-time payment option for permanent access to premium features, without recurring charges.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase. Lifetime Membership is a non-recurring, one-time fee. Prices may vary by location and are subject to change with notice.
• Payment: You authorize the Apple App Store to charge your chosen payment method for the Subscription or Lifetime Membership fee. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your Subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
• Free Trials: If offered, free trials convert to paid Subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled.
• Cancellation: Canceling a Subscription will prevent future charges but does not provide refunds for the current period. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing cycle. Lifetime Membership cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.

We do not collect or store any payment information; all transactions are processed by the Apple App Store.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property in the App (collectively, “Content”) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringes on the rights of others;
• Interferes with the operation of the App;
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

8. No Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, or process any personal or usage data. However, the Apple App Store may collect data related to your purchases and downloads in accordance with their own policies.

9. Disclaimer

The App and its Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or always available. The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not a substitute for professional services. Use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Subscriptions or Lifetime Membership in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in China, or in small claims court if applicable.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
